Villa LeMura is an 18th century villa, fully restored and set amongst four acres of gardens, parks and olive groves
Rooms
The rooms are furnished with antiques, drawings and paintings, all with historical significance, and tastefully painted in various pastel tones. Original frescoes grace the ceilings of all rooms, and the beds are outfitted in antique embroidered Italian linens.
The villa can be rented as a whole or room by room. There are 10 rooms in total with 2 that work well as a family suite as they share a bathroom. Every room has its own individual style and furnishings.
Rooms start at €120 per night, continental breakfast included.
Full Villa Rentals start at €3,900 per week.

Terrace Suite
The Terrace Suite is composed of a spacious living area and bedroom, both with french windows giving access to the large terrace with stunning views of the park and wonderful Umbrian countryside. It is situated on the first floor and has a ensuite shower room.

Contessa Suite
The Contessa Suite, located on the ground floor boasts 5 big windows as it sweeps around, situated above the summer kitchen and under the terrace with beautiful views over the manicured Italian garden. There is a private entrance / sitting room which is open to the bedroom. It has a large, bright bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Count’s Apartment
The Count’s Apartment has its own sitting room, two bedrooms and a generous-sized bathroom. These rooms are accessed through the " Gran Sala" , with views on one side over the villa entrance and garden and on the other over the quiet village hamlet. There is a bath with shower in the large bathroom. It is possible to rent just the large double and bathroom.

The Green Room / Suite
The Green Room has wonderful views from its two west facing windows catching the afternoon sun over the Villa park.
For an option of a family room / Suite, there is also an adjoining twin room should it be needed that shares the good size bathroom with tub.

Pink Room
A spacious double bedroom with views to the gardens. The Pink Room along with the Yellow Room share the elegant Salotto dei Poeti, a sitting room with frescoes on the walls and on the ceiling. These three rooms together can became a small private apartment for four guests. The Pink room, on the first floor, has two large windows one looking over the Villa park and the other over the quite village hamlet. There is a small ensuite shower room, also with a view!

Yellow Room
A spacious double bedroom with views to the gardens. The Yellow Room along with the Pink Room share the elegant Salotto dei Poeti, a sitting room with frescoes on the walls and on the ceiling. These three rooms together can became a small private apartment for four guests.
The Yellow Room from the first floor looks out over the garden and park of the villa and has an ensuite bathroom with shower. It still has its original built in wardrobe with beautiful hand etched glass panes in the doors.

Blue Room
The Blue Room is a gracious double bedroom, with two larger French-style twin beds and a shower room. This cool, calm room is on the first floor with views over the hamlet and surrounding country side.

Francescana Room
The Francescana Room, a double room on the ground floor of the villa with lovely views over the park as the sun sets. It has a spacious bright bathroom with shower and large window overlooking the park.

Things to Know
If you wish to rent the whole villa check- in is at 4 pm and check out at 10am although if other bookings allow it we are happy to be flexible on these times. If staying on a B&B reservation, again, we try to be as flexible as other bookings allow. Breakast is available on request from 8:30-10am for B&B guests and for groups we are also happy to cater for other meals if required. The Limonaia or Summer Kitchen is also available for B&B guests during the summer months should they wish to make coffee or tea, cook themselves or use the fridge or washing machine. All bedrooms come with an A/C unit and WiFi is included and is located near the main hall of the villa for all guests to use free of charge.
